Kagoya Brewery will host the 26th Kagoya Jogging Club Night Run on July 10. The start and finish point is Kagoya Marche Komae. This edition is tied to the same-day Hokomichi Beer Garden in front of Komae Station, making it an event where running and a post-run drink can be enjoyed together.

Event schedule

- Around 19:15 Bag drop begins
- 19:20 Meet and opening remarks
- Around 20:00 to 21:00 Finish; the beer garden closes at 21:00
- From 21:00 Post-run toast at the Marche store for those who want to stay

Participants are grouped by pace and distance, so the run is designed to be approachable even for those with limited running experience. Participation is free, while food and drink are paid individually. Recommended items include comfortable clothing, running shoes, a towel, and water. Because some parts of the route may be dark, a headlamp is recommended. Small bags can be left at the Marche store.

Registration is available through the Open Chat event page and Moshicom.

Kagoya Brewery is based in Komae, Tokyo, and is part of Kagoya Akimoto Shoten, a business founded in 1902. The brewery was launched in 2017 as Komae’s first craft brewery, with a focus on Japanese beer paired with Japanese food. On its official site, the brewery says it aims to produce beer that becomes more enjoyable with each sip.

This night run reflects Kagoya’s style: a local community event that connects movement, beer, and the neighborhood in a single evening.
