Mushima Hama Jozo, the craft brewery on Mushima Island in Kasaoka, Okayama, announced on social media that it will pour at the upcoming "Enjoy Bitchu Jizake Fes SAKE-be!" on June 6 and 7.

In the post, the brewery said it will bring a tasting set featuring both its core lineup and a seasonal release. Mushima Hama Jozo is known for brewing beers that reflect the island's landscape, local ingredients, and community ties, and the festival lineup highlights that identity clearly.

The four beers introduced in the post are:

- Mugi no Hajimari (5% ABV)
- A saison with a crisp, refreshing finish.
- Suggested pairings: fried foods, takoyaki, and cheese dishes.
- Drum Can Meeting (5% ABV)
- A rauchbier with a smoky aroma, made with dried hijiki from Mushima as a secret ingredient.
- Suggested pairings: smoked foods, sausages, and meat dishes.
- Oyster Stout (5% ABV)
- A clear dark beer that softens bitterness with mineral character from oysters sourced on Kitagi Island.
- Suggested pairings: roast beef, chocolate, and vanilla ice cream.
- Dear From seasonal beer (10% ABV)
- A rich barley wine brewed with brown sugar from Hateruma Island.
- Suggested pairings: sweets, blue cheese, and dried fruit.

The brewery also says a new sign will make its debut at the festival. It was made by Mamiko, the owner of the shared kitchen Boonies in Kasaoka, and the brewery noted that she built the base as well. Mushima Hama Jozo encouraged visitors to come see the sign and take photos with it in the background.

Based on the brewery's latest post and its island setting, the festival appearance should give visitors a clear look at the range of flavors Mushima Hama Jozo has built around its local story.
