A refreshed lineup at Moyamoya Base

Moyamoya Base, a beer pub located in Minami 2-jo Higashi 1-chome, Chuo Ward, Sapporo, has replaced one keg and updated its tap lineup. The posted menu lists regular and small pours, with beers covering a broad range of styles and flavor profiles.

From Ushitora Brewery comes Ranchū Chūi, a 9.0% peach weizen. The beer combines rich peach flavor with the soft wheat character associated with the weizen style.

BLACK TIDE BREWING’s Little Raspberry is a 4.0% fruited gose from Miyagi. Its lactic acidity and raspberry tartness are complemented by salt from Kesennuma.

Fukuoka-based NEKOBEER offers The Cat Is Bitter: The Flamingo I Loved, a 7.5% West Coast IPA made in collaboration with Wateringhole. The beer is described as having an old-school character backed by a pronounced hop aroma.

The featured beer in the accompanying photo is Swanphilia from Totopia Brewery. This 8.5% DDH Hazy Double IPA, brewed in collaboration with Inkhorn, pairs a substantial malt base with a refreshing tropical-fruit impression.

Rounding out the lineup is Dark Night IPA from Hokkaido’s Black Fox Beer. The 6.5% Black IPA brings deep malt flavor and a sharp, assertive hop bitterness.

With the keg rotation, Moyamoya Base offers a varied selection ranging from tart, fruit-forward beers to hazy and dark IPAs. Tap availability can change, so visitors should check the latest information before stopping by.
