The beer pub “Golden Garden” in Hiroshima’s Shintenchi district announced “Beer Week Tokai” alongside an update to its late-March business calendar. From around March 22 through March 31, it will focus on serving craft beer from the Tokai area, and a brewer from Y.Market is also scheduled to visit on the evenings of March 28 and 29.
At the beer pub Golden Garden in Shintenchi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima City, “Beer Week Tokai” will kick off, spotlighting craft beer from Japan’s Tokai region. According to the post, the event runs from March 22 to around March 31, 2026. Because opening and closing times may shift on some days during regular business, it is recommended to check the latest business calendar before visiting.
The main focus this time is breweries associated with the Tokai area. The announcement introduces Shima Brewing, Y.Market Brewing, and Ise Kadoya Beer. Y.Market Brewing is expected to bring four draft beers, along with canned beers. The post also mentions a “comparison tasting of yuzu beers,” building anticipation for a pour that makes the most of citrus aroma.
In addition, a Y.Market brewer is scheduled to visit during the evening hours on March 28 and 29. Having a chance to drink while hearing directly from the maker is a major attraction for craft beer fans. The event also includes snack offerings featuring Tokai gourmet items, as well as information about selling beer punch cards (travel-drinking tickets), creating a setup designed to be enjoyed like a beer crawl throughout the event period.
As for regular stock updates, the OK!! Hiroshima collaboration HIROSHIMA RED LAGER is sold out, while HIROSHIMA RED IPA is available in cans. In addition, Golden Garden’s own HIROSHIMA NEIGHBORLY BREWING draft beer is being offered as part of happy hour. Being able to compare Tokai guest beers and Hiroshima local beers in the same venue is part of the distinctive appeal of Golden Garden.
