Narabeer Naramachi Brewery, which brews craft beer in Naramachi, the old town district of Nara, introduced its summer lineup on Instagram. The brewery’s official site says visitors can enjoy its house beers on site.

The post listed six core taps: Naramachi Ale (Pale Ale), Haku (Weizen), Kuro (Stout), Ao (IPA), Akane (Scotch Ale), and Midori (Saison). Together, they cover a wide span of styles, from wheat beer to stout and saison.

Three limited beers were also announced: N3 (IPA), Naramachi Lager (Pilsner), and Spice Rich Ale (Spice Ale). Among them, Naramachi Lager was positioned as a summer-friendly beer with a crisp, refreshing finish, making it an easy choice for hot days.

Narabeer’s location in Nara’s historic city center also makes it an approachable stop for visitors and locals alike. The brewery’s latest post suggests a straightforward appeal: a local taproom, a rotating seasonal selection, and a lineup that balances familiar flagship beers with limited offerings.
