Blade Factory Brewing, based in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, has released its taproom schedule for May. On the 9th, it will hold a joint TTO with Kamado Brewery in Jimbocho, Tokyo, and on the 31st it will participate in Kasadera Meda Beer Fest '26.
Blade Factory Brewing, based in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, announced its May taproom schedule on Instagram. The highlight is a joint TTO event with Kamado Brewery, to be held on Saturday, May 9 from 12:00 at Craft Beer Market Jimbocho in Jimbocho, Tokyo. The brewery is encouraging people in the Kanto area to come and enjoy its beers.
At the end of the month, it will set up at Kasadera Meda Beer Fest '26, scheduled for Sunday, May 31 from 11:00 to 18:00. The post says that a total of 14 breweries will gather in Kasadera, and Blade Factory Brewing also plans to bring plenty of new releases. It is a date that will be hard to miss for anyone who wants to compare a wide range of beers at the event venue.
There was also information about its local taproom in Seki City. It is scheduled to be open every weekend, with outside food allowed and parking available. However, parking use is limited to customers picking up takeaway beer or those accompanied by a designated driver. A selection of beers for takeaway will also be available, and Seki Pay can be used.
It is not a flashy announcement, but the brewery's approach is clearly anchored in both event appearances and its local taproom. Based in Seki City, Blade Factory Brewing is also extending its reach into the beer scenes of Tokyo and the Nagoya area. May looks set to be a month where visitors can enjoy the differences in how each venue is experienced.
