April 16 Draft Lineup

The beer pub Craft Beer Spot Hathor in Osaka's Kyobashi announced a wide-ranging draft lineup that made full use of its 16 taps on this day. The shop's basic style is to enjoy craft beer paired with house-smoked dishes. It is easy to use whether you drink the beer on its own or with a meal.

Notable Openings

- Lake Lager / Tora Rabbit
A lager brewed with Shiga Prefecture brand rice "Mizukagami," with a smooth, clean drinking profile at its core. Citrus- and floral-like aromas, moderate bitterness, and a crisp carbonated feel come together in a well-balanced beer.
- Hop Chop XPA / Blade Factory × Tora Rabbit
A collaborative XPA using Galaxy and Vic Secret. Tropical notes like pineapple and passion fruit are layered with a clean bitterness.

Today's Tap List

The lagers were Japanese Lager With Tea / Tora Rabbit, Lake Lager / Tora Rabbit, and Yanagiba Lager / Blade Factory. The ales included Love Is In The Air / Tora Rabbit, Hop Chop XPA / Blade Factory × Tora Rabbit, and Aratogi / Blade Factory.

In the fruit-driven category were Kinkan Wit / Tora Rabbit. The IPAs were IPA / Tora Rabbit, Gyujiba IPA / Blade Factory, Bokashi / Blade Factory, Moroha / Blade Factory, and Shirahagazumi / Blade Factory, bringing together the knife-themed series. The dark beers were Shinigami / Tora Rabbit and Kurouchi Coffee Stout / Blade Factory.

Hathor is the kind of place where you can start with a lager, raise the tempo with an IPA, and finish with a stout. Rather than flashy impact, it lines up beers that clearly express each style's character, so it's easy to choose whether you're chasing hop aroma or looking for a beer that pairs well with food. In Kyobashi, it's a highly usable tap setup that makes it easy to build a drinking session from the first glass to the last.
