The Hokkaido brewery is making its first appearance at the bar, and the beer is described as aiming for a bright aroma with a sharp, assertive bitterness.

Bottle selection

The bottle lineup is broad as well: West Coast × Totopia 'Riverphilia' Hazy DIPA, West Coast × Oni Densetsu 'Hop Legends' Hazy DIPA, West Coast Brewing 'Wandering Boi', 'The Lupulin Tree', 'PassionWizard', and 'Dr.Dankness', plus VERTERE bottles including 'Passiflora48', 'Achillea1', 'Galanthus3', 'Benitoa8', and 'Vespa'.

Food is part of the draw too, with dishes such as tablier de sapeur, chicken curry pilaf, plum carpaccio, and basque cheesecake, along with items like marinated sea bream and house-made gari saba. Mukuraf also notes that there are plenty of seats and that bottle-only visits are welcome, making it a good stop for drinkers who want to compare a fresh IPA with a deep bottle list.
