At KARAKURI -Craft Beer & Oden & Sake- in Kanda, two guest taps from Shiga Kogen Beer have been opened. The basement beer pub is known for craft beer, sake, natural wine, and oden-focused dishes, so the new lineup fits naturally with food.

The first beer is `from scratch(nitro)`. According to the post, it was brewed to mark the reopening of THE FARMHOUSE’s full business, and it is served on nitro for a smooth texture. KARAKURI describes it as genuinely delicious and full of character.

The second beer is `Snow Monkey IPA orange ver.`. The pub describes it as a much-loved Snow Monkey IPA with a vivid orange direction, bringing citrus notes like Valencia orange and iyokan together with a hint of white-peach-like tropical character. It keeps the soft sweetness of a hazy IPA, while still showing Shiga Kogen Beer’s firm bitterness and dry finish.

KARAKURI sits in a basement space near Kanda Station, making it easy to drop in for a relaxed pint. With oden, sake, and guest beer side by side, it is a solid stop for beer drinkers looking for something beyond a standard tap list. The August 12 service runs from 17:00 to 23:00.
