VECTOR BEER Kinshicho, a beer pub in Tokyo’s Kinshicho area, has tapped Isekadoya Beer’s “Ohisama Ale.” The beer is described as an XPA brewed with caramel malt for body and Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy for citrus and tropical fruit aromas.
VECTOR BEER Kinshicho, a beer pub in Sumida, Tokyo, has opened a guest keg of Isekadoya Beer’s “Ohisama Ale.” According to the post, the brewery strengthened the body with caramel malt so it would not feel thin, then used Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy to build an XPA with layered aromas of citrus, mango, and passion fruit.
The shop is located on the first floor of the YL Building at 3-10-4 Kinshi, Sumida-ku, Tokyo. It is positioned as a place where craft beer can be enjoyed alongside food, making it easy to stop by for a drink or settle in for a meal. The post also notes that rotisserie chicken is available for takeout, with recommendations for home parties, birthdays, and Christmas gatherings.
On the food side, the venue highlights rotisserie chicken, its second signature dish “Shungiku Bomb,” and house-made sausages. That makes the current tap a good fit for a beer-and-food visit rather than a quick pint only. With its citrus brightness and tropical fruit character, Ohisama Ale looks like a guest beer worth pairing with the kitchen’s heavier, savory dishes.
