VECTOR BEER Kinshicho in Tokyo is serving Ush*tora Brewery’s Nama-shibori Blood Orange Saison as a guest beer.
Made with plenty of blood oranges from Ehime Prefecture, this Belgian-style fruit saison combines fresh citrus aroma, gentle sweetness and juicy fruit character with a pleasant saison-like acidity. Its coral-pink color adds to the visual appeal, while the lively, refreshing finish makes it easy to enjoy pint after pint.
The beer’s dry, bright profile should work well with food. At VECTOR BEER Kinshicho, guests can pair it with the pub’s signature rotisserie chicken, freshly sliced ham and salami, or spicy Cajun fries. The citrus character offers a refreshing counterpoint to savory flavors and spice.
The pub features 10 taps of craft beer, including beers brewed in-house, alongside selections from breweries across Japan. Its lineup covers a broad range of styles, from wheat beers and stouts to IPAs and fruit beers, and three-beer flights are also available.
