Isekadoya Beer’s Meyer Lemonade Lager Tapped at VECTOR BEER Kinshicho
VECTOR BEER Kinshicho in Sumida, Tokyo, has tapped Isekadoya Beer’s “Meyer Lemonade Lager.” The beer pub offers 10 craft beer taps, including house-brewed lines, plus rotisserie chicken and other beer-friendly dishes.
VECTOR BEER Kinshicho has added Isekadoya Beer’s “Meyer Lemonade Lager” to its guest beer lineup. The Kinshicho beer pub keeps 10 taps on hand, including house-brewed beer, so the tap list is built to stay interesting even as guest beers rotate in and out.
The featured beer is a citrus-forward limited release. Isekadoya Beer describes its lemon-based limited beer as a refreshing, bittersweet, “adult lemonade” style made with Meyer lemon and lemon juice, balancing gentle sweetness and acidity. It is the kind of beer that works well in warm weather and alongside food.
The food menu makes the pairing easy. Highlights include the house special rotisserie chicken seasoned with 20 spices, sliced prosciutto and salami, fish and chips, and nachos. Beer is served by the glass, pint, or as a three-beer tasting set, so guests can start with the citrusy new tap and then move on to IPA, stout, or fruit beer. With 40 seats and a casual beer-pub feel, it works for both a quick drink and a longer night out.
