At THE YOKOHAMA FRONT, on the second floor in the Yokohama Station West Exit area, the "Yokohama Bay Brewing Yokohama Front Store" announced on Instagram that it will host a ramen event. In the post, it said that for "today and tomorrow," it will serve the owner's handmade "salt ramen with scallop stock." The dish slowly extracts the umami from scallops, and the chashu is finished with four hours of low-temperature cooking. It is paired with thin noodles from Mikawaya Seimen, creating a bowl that lets you enjoy the combination of clear chicken broth, also used in chicken rice, and scallops.

The published `TODAY'S BEER ON TAP` also shows a tap lineup that is typical of the shop and quite broad. Centered on Yokohama Bay Brewing's house beers, it includes Bay Pilsner, Beer Terrace, Bay Amber, Gocheko!, Bay Dark, Bay Weiss, Yuzu Weiss, Apple Weiss, Flatland, Travelers, Uncle Rinne, Freedom, With Friends, Pedaling for IPA, GOOOOOAAAAAL IPA, Mellow Walk IPA, and more.

Also featured are Kyoto Brewing's "Mariko", Pilsner Urquell, and UCHU BREWING's "Space Pop Mosaic", making it a lineup that pairs easily with ramen and beer. At this beer pub near the station, one of its strengths is how easy it is to build everything from the first drink with a meal to a tasting comparison.

Even if you visit for the ramen, or stop by for the beer, it is an event you can enjoy either way, and the post showed Yokohama Bay Brewing's trademark balance of food and beer.
