Craft Beer Spot Hathor, a beer pub in Osaka’s Kyobashi area, has announced two new keg openings.
The new beers are Passionate Red Sour IPA from Ise Kadoya Beer in Mie and House IPA Real Ale ver from Shiga Kogen Beer in Nagano. One brings a distinctive sour character to an IPA, while the other is served as a real ale. Their contrasting profiles make them a natural pair for a side-by-side tasting.
The draft lineup also includes Asahi Super Dry; Strawberry Sour Ale and Pearl Stout from Island Brewery in Nagasaki; Strike Pilsner from Shimanami Brewery in Hiroshima; Watermelon Head from Nara Brewing; Compass, a collaboration between Minoh Beer and Yorocco Beer; Jungle Fantasy from Ise Kadoya Beer; Ginyu Bakujin from Daisen G Beer; Arrogant Bastard Ale from Arrogant Consortia (Stone) in the United States; and 37th Anniversary Golden Ale from Karl Strauss Brewing Company in the United States.
With beers ranging from Japanese craft selections to American imports, Hathor is suited both to a casual after-work drink and to a longer tasting session. The pub is open from 5:00 p.m. to midnight on weekdays and from 3:00 p.m. to midnight on weekends and holidays. Availability may change, so guests should confirm the current tap list before visiting.
