Ogose Brewery Kurabiraki 2026 Announces Kushiyaki Shin as the Third Food Vendor
Ogose Brewery (Asahara Shuzo) released the third installment of its food lineup for "Kurabiraki 2026" on March 13, 2026. This time, the food truck "Kushiyaki Shin~shin~" will appear. The menu is set to include its signature thick-sliced beef tongue skewer with salt, along with other grilled skewer items that pair well with beer.
Asahara Shuzo, which operates Ogose Brewery in Saitama, has published "Food Introduction Vol. 3" on its official blog. The post was released on March 13, 2026.
The featured vendor this time is the food truck "Kushiyaki Shin~shin~", which mainly sets up at events on weekends and holidays across Saitama Prefecture and Tokyo. In the announcement, the truck's "Thick-Sliced Premium Beef Tongue Skewer with Salt" is highlighted as its No. 1 repeat-order item, along with the "Chee-tsuku Set" and "Kashira." The post also says that yakiton and yakitori will be available on the day. For craft beer fans who want to enjoy the aroma of grilled meat and the depth of malt, this is a food option not to miss.
The Kurabiraki food introductions are being released as a series, and this is the third vendor announced following Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. The series post also notes that "Asahara Shuzo Kurabiraki 2026" is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10:00 to 15:00 at the company headquarters and Moroyama factory.
Asahara Shuzo was founded in 1889. It is a Saitama-based brewery that produces sake, liqueurs, fruit wines, and beer, and Ogose Brewery is one of its information hubs. The fact that local food vendors are being introduced step by step also shows that this year's Kurabiraki is designed not just as a drinking event, but as one with a stronger food experience as well.
