Ogose Brewery, operated by Asahara Shuzo in Ogose, Saitama, will hold a paid tasting and special sales event for two days, August 15 (Sat) through August 16 (Sun), at Koedo Kurari’s Kikisake-dokoro Showagura in Kawagoe. The event runs from around 11:00 to 18:00.
The lineup features four items. The highlight is the newly released "Biwa no Sasanami Saijo Shikomi-shu", a sake made using alcohol as part of the dilution water. It is joined by red-wine-based plum liqueur, white-wine-based plum liqueur, and PetitRich Pineapple, a liqueur focused on a rich fruit texture.
