Ebisu TBE Brewing announces 16 domestic and international beers in its 3/19 tap update
The beer pub TBE Brewing in Ebisu released its KEG lineup for March 19. In addition to the current 10 taps, it also announced the six taps planned for the next round. Featuring distinctive beers from Japan and abroad, including Yatsugatake Touchdown, Shiga Kogen Beer, and CRAK Brewery, it looks like a lineup that will make choosing a drink before the long weekend more enjoyable.
TBE Brewing, on the second floor of the Shinbori Guitar Building in Ebisu Minami, Tokyo, is a beer pub where you can enjoy food along with beer. In the tap list released on March 19, the standout feature is that it shows not only the beers being poured that day, but also the ones scheduled to open next.
This time, the current lineup consists of 10 beers. For a light start, there are Yatsugatake Touchdown's "Mizudashi Coffee Lager" and Yorocco Beer's "Natsumikan Saison." In the middle of the lineup are hop-forward beers such as Iwate Kura Beer's "Sakura Arashi IPA -PinkTyhoon-", Ushitora Brewery's "Nichinichi Kore Ippai IPA", Ishinomaki Hop's "Dank You Very Much", and CRAK Brewery's "FUCK INDUSTRIAL DDH IPA." The selection also stretches from Shiga Kogen Beer's "Sono Juu No.10 IPA" to Minoh Beer's "Imperial Stout," giving the list a solid range in both strength and flavor.
In addition, six beers are listed under "NEXT TAP BEER." The lineup includes Minoh Beer's "Honey Saison," Kunitachi Brewery's "Gakugeidaimae," Iwate Kura Beer's "Ko Beer," Open Air's "Hop Viking," Saikado Brewing's "Hollidas 6," and WCB's "Boombox," making this a lineup you can keep returning to while looking ahead to the next pour.
Whether to go for what's on tap now or wait for the next opening. It seems like practical tap information that makes it easy to build out your drinking plan in Ebisu, from the first glass to the finish.
