15brewery in Hayama Town, Miura District, Kanagawa Prefecture, which operates as a takeout-only brewery, announced its tap list for Sunday, April 12. The shop will suspend standing service and operate only as a fill-up sales outlet. Business hours are scheduled for 14:00 to 19:00.

This time, the five beers going on tap are the Belgian-style Numa no Soko, the dark beer Stout, the fruit beer Orenji Ale, the wheat-forward Wheat Land, and the IPA Raw Hazy IPA. All of them will be sold by volume for takeout, so customers can choose the amount they want, which is a key feature.

In particular, Wheat Land and Raw Hazy IPA draw attention for using baguettes from Miura Pan-ya Mitsumugi as part of their ingredients. Wheat Land is a beer that adds plenty of wheat malt to barley malt and finishes with a light, easy-drinking character using hops with a white-wine-like aroma. Raw Hazy IPA uses the Raw Ale method, in which the wort is not boiled, and brings hop-derived aromas of citrus and pine needles, along with bitterness, to the forefront.

As a brewery close to a residential area in Hayama, 15brewery gives the impression less of a place to eat and drink out than of a place to quietly choose finished beer and take it home. For beer lovers, it is a lineup that invites you to imagine a broad tasting session, from the softness of wheat to Belgian spice and even the richness of dark beer, depending on your mood that day.
