Brewery-Run Beer Pub with Draft Beer to Enjoy
Sankt Gallen TAP ROOM in Atsugi, Kanagawa, is a brewery-run beer pub on the first floor of Hon-Atsugi Mylord II. It offers up to 20 freshly brewed draft beers delivered from the factory, and you can enjoy them in regular sizes, as tasting flights, or in Maas mugs.
The official Instagram announced "opened today," and the taps were updated to show the changeover. Looking at the beer menu on the official site, alongside the standard Golden Ale, Amber Ale, Pale Ale, Weizen, and Brown Porter, there are also YOKOHAMA XPA, Brut IPA, and seasonal beers such as Sankt Gallen Sakura, Shonan Gold, and Parakeet-Flavored Beer.
In particular, Weizen is a taproom-exclusive, and Brut IPA is also labeled as a limited offering. Whether you choose the mellow mouthfeel derived from wheat malt or the dry, crisp finish, the first impression changes significantly. With a range that extends from citrus and fruit flavors to dark beers, it is also a place where you can easily compare differences in aroma, bitterness, and sweetness all in one spot.
Food centers on pizza and cheese dishes, making it easy to pick snacks to pair with your beer. Because it is close to the station, it is easy to stop by, and it also suits having just one drink after work. The timing when a new tap has just opened makes the fun of comparing that day's lineup stand out even more.
