Bakushu Yumeyomi, located on the 2nd floor of the Shimaya Building, west of Yamatooji on Shijo-dori in Gion, Kyoto, will be open on Sunday, May 3 from 15:00 to 22:00. The shop is a beer pub that promotes a "WALL OF BEER" concept; large groups are not accepted, but solo guests are welcome. No reservations are taken, and in addition to cash, PayPay and major credit cards are accepted.

The highlight of the day’s draft lineup is the changeover. Nara Brewing’s "Spiral" will end service, and Yorocco Beer’s "Submarine Forest" will return. In addition, Brasserie Knot’s "Flower" will soon be ending service, while Brouwerij De Ranke’s "Cuvee de Ranke" will be on tap for the first time. For those who want to explore Belgian lambic culture, there will be the enjoyment of comparing the differences in flavor.

The bottle selection is also substantial. Lambic from Brouwerij Girardin, De Ranke’s "Miracle Lambic," and large bottles of oude bruin are all listed, making it a lineup where you can follow the character of aged beers through both draft and bottle. The post also announces food service featuring Senshu water eggplant, and notes that if the bar gets crowded, food service may take a little longer. In a corner of Gion, this is the kind of operation suited to a day when you want to drink slowly with beer at the center.
