Shiga Kogen Beer's "Africa Pale Ale" Arrives

The Nakano beer pub "Craft Beer Sakaba Citrava Nakano" announced in an Instagram post on May 3 that it had tapped Shiga Kogen Beer Africa Pale Ale. The post describes it as a long-awaited tap-in and introduces it as a session IPA with a light body and bitterness designed to be easy to drink by the glass, making it a good match for cheerful days.

Open Daily from 2 p.m. Through May 6

The shop also said it will be open every day from 2 p.m. through May 6. Located a little away from the bustle of Nakano Station, it features a small, relaxed space. In addition to counter and table seating, there is also terrace seating, making it easy to use for solo drinking or small meals.

15 Taps of Craft Beer and Pub Food

Citrava Nakano is also known officially as a place with 15 rotating draft craft beers every day. In addition to craft beer, its craft lemon sours are popular too, and the food menu is broad, ranging from the signature Citrava Chicken and stewed beef offal to appetizers, shumai, and clay-pot rice.

This Africa Pale Ale is one bottle at the center of that enjoyment of drinking. It can be described as a glass suited not only to people who want to savor beer properly, but also to those who want to relax over it with food.
