Yokohama Bay Brewing Yokohama Front Shop used its September 1 post to highlight a low-temperature-cooked chicken heart dish. The kitchen says the hearts were carefully prepped, drained, and gently cooked, resulting in a springy texture and the rich flavor characteristic of chicken hearts. Optional seasonings also let the dish shift in character.

The draft lineup for the day included 14 beers. House beers were Bay Pilsner, Saaz419, Taggu Lager, Bay Weiss, Weekend Journey, Classic is New, Team Up IPA, and Heavy Climb. Guest taps included Pilsner from Minoh Beer, Pilsner Urquell, Weiss IPA from Minoh Beer, Spare Pocket from Nara Brewing, Smells Like Swan Spirit from Craft Rock x Swan Lake, and Numazu Hazy IPA from REPUBREW. The list covers lager, weiss, IPA, and hazy IPA, making it easy to choose by style.

The shop is on the 2nd floor of THE YOKOHAMA FRONT, within walking distance of Yokohama Station. As a direct beer pub from the brewery, it serves beer fresh from its own production line and works well for a casual stop with food and beer together.
