On May 23, “Hotline 26” at Tachi-nomi Beron

At “Tachi-nomi Beron” in Omachi, Aoba Ward, Sendai City, the monthly event “Hotline 26” will take place on May 23 from 11:00 to 22:00. This time’s guest is Sapporo’s “Gyoza to Men Isenojou.” The collaboration reportedly came about because they visited Beron many times while traveling in Sendai.

The venue, Tachi-nomi Beron, is a standing beer pub centered on craft beer. In its easygoing, no-fuss atmosphere, the appeal is that you can casually enjoy ramen, gyoza, and beer together. This time, as an event to “wash it down with a gulp of beer,” it looks set to be a day where food and drink feel especially close.

The beer lineup will mainly feature Sapporo’s “Tsuki to Taiyo BREWING,” which also has a close relationship with Isenojou. In addition, “Isenojou original beer” will also be on tap. The combination of craft beer from Hokkaido and dishes that evoke Sapporo ramen culture is likely to be especially interesting for beer lovers.

Planned menu

- Soy sauce ramen
- Ginger ramen
- Spicy soy sauce ramen
- Pan-fried gyoza, boiled gyoza
- Spicy char siu rice
- Bar snacks: char siu, kinpira burdock root, namul, boiled asparagus with salt

Please note that, because this is a standing-drink event, one drink order is required and reservations are not accepted. It is an event where you can enjoy the collaboration between Sapporo and Sendai with Beron’s signature laid-back distance.
