The brewpub Camado Brewery HAKOFUNE in Mizunami, Gifu, published this week's business hours and tap list on Instagram. The post mentions the shift from Friday, March 17 to Sunday, March 19, and announces that six beers will be on tap.
This Week's Tap List
- ① Bon Voyage Bonsai Pale Ale / 5.0%
- ② Shukuen III Fake Lager / 6.5%
- ③ MERO (Melo) Blood Orange IPA / 6.0%
- ④ SAKURA BRUT IPA / 8.0%
- ⑤ 1HH (Single-Hop Hazy) Superdelic / 6.0%
- ⑥ Kinka no Itadaki String Ale / 13.0%
The lineup ranges widely from easy-drinking pale ales and lager-style beers to a blood orange IPA, a brut IPA, a single-hop hazy, and even a 13.0% strong ale. In the post, after the sixth beer, "Kinka no Itadaki," there is also notice of a switch to "Belle Foncé Barley Wine / 15.0%," making it especially interesting for anyone chasing a stronger pour.
On the food and drink side, the post thanks everyone for coming to last week's Kama Fes, says this week will be regular service, and notes that it will once again be staffed entirely by women. An event called "Grau TTO" and the "Flower and Candle" project are also scheduled for Saturday, April 18, and the shop will have flowers brought in by Atelier Yunos, a flower shop in Nakatsugawa. The photos also include prototype baguette sandwiches said to be enjoyed at the flower shop Hakofune, giving the impression of a place where you can slowly enjoy craft beer alongside food. It feels like a spot to savor together with the tap list and the shop's spring-like atmosphere.
