BEER MARROW, a beer pub on the fourth floor of Kawada Building in Kichijoji, has refreshed its tap list with a broad selection of Japanese craft beers. The lineup moves from fruit-forward sour styles to golden ale, hazy IPA and double IPA, giving drinkers several clear directions to explore.

The featured pour is Mango & Lime Sour from Hansharo Beer. This fruited gose combines mango sweetness with lime acidity, while a gentle salty note adds structure to the finish. Its bright, refreshing profile makes it an approachable choice before or alongside food.

Far Yeast Brewing’s Off Trail Gimme Those Fairy Wings is another highlight. This barrel-aged sour ale with mixed berries and morello cherry offers layered fruit character and acidity. For a cleaner and more balanced option, DD4D BREWING’s ALTERING brings the golden ale style into the lineup.

Hop-focused drinkers can look to RIO BREWING’s SOCIAL GRAVITY, BLACK TIDE BREWING’s Full Power, Totopia Brewing’s Ripplephobia and WEST COAST BREWING’s Cloud 7. The range includes lighter hazy expressions as well as fuller-bodied double IPA styles, making it possible to compare aroma, bitterness and alcohol strength across several pours.

Located near Kichijoji Station, BEER MARROW is a compact beer pub where guests can take their time choosing from the taps. On selected days, records are played in the bar, adding a musical backdrop to the tasting experience. Whether you begin with a tart fruit beer or finish with a hazy hop-forward pour, the current selection offers plenty of room to build a personal flight.
