Baird Brewing’s Brewer’s Nightmare Rye IPA brings a more assertive profile. At 7.0% ABV, it pairs spicy rye character with pronounced bitterness, making it a strong choice for drinkers who enjoy a sharper, hop-driven beer.
Vector Brewing’s Onedari White Sox, from Tokyo, is 6.5% ABV and is presented with a notably sweet aroma. From Tochigi, Romantic Village Craft Brewery’s Maple Amber Ale weighs in at 6.0% ABV, offering maple-like sweetness and a toasty, rich amber ale character.
For a lighter option, Shiga Kogen Beer’s Baby Blonde Miyama is a 5.0% Blonde Ale from Nagano. Its pale appearance, subtle sweetness, dry and refreshing palate, and restrained hop character make it an easy beer to enjoy for another round.
