At the beer pub "KARAKURI -Craft Beer & Oden & Sake-" in Kanda, Tokyo, a new guest beer tap has opened. This time's beer is the collaboration brew "Gold Ban!" by HINO BREWING (Shiga) × Swan Lake Beer Brewery (Niigata).

According to the shop, this beer uses Polish hops and is characterized by a gentle, soft aroma typical of noble hops. With its light mouthfeel and rounded, mellow bitterness, it is presented as a golden ale that can be enjoyed in a wide range of settings, from the first toast to a drink paired with a meal.

KARAKURI serves not only craft beer but also sake, natural wine, and creative dishes centered on oden. In its calm basement space, it is an easy place to visit whether you want to start drinking casually or pair drinks with a proper meal. In this post, it was announced that on Saturday, April 11, the shop would open at 3:00 p.m., with food last order at 9:00 p.m., drinks last order at 9:30 p.m., and closing at 10:00 p.m.

For beer fans, "Gold Ban!" is likely to be appealing not only for the character of the collaboration brewery, but also for its balance as a beer to enjoy with food. If you're looking for your first drink in Kanda, this is a tap-opening update worth checking out.
