Cafe & CraftBeer Dining SOUL BIRD (Hamamatsucho) updated its tap list ahead of the evening service on April 17. Two kegs, Hoppukotan Brewing's 'Fiction' and Forest Brewing's 'SHIJUKARA', were newly tapped, and the venue is fully booked by reservations until around 9 p.m., with only three counter seats available.
The beer pub Cafe & CraftBeer Dining SOUL BIRD in Hamamatsucho announced its Friday night tap information under the title 'HAPPY NIGHT SOUL BIRD.' The tables are reserved until around 9 p.m., and only three counter seats are available that day. If you're aiming for a post-work pint, you'll want to keep your timing in mind.
The two new kegs are Fiction and SHIJUKARA. Fiction is a West Coast Pale Ale from Hoppukotan Brewing, characterized by citrus and tropical aromas layered around KRUSH and Kamifurano-grown Cascade. SHIJUKARA is a Belgian White w/yuzu, sansho from Forest Brewing, introduced as a white beer with Japanese nuances, featuring the aroma of yuzu and the gentle spice of sansho.
The tap lineup that day totals 10 beers. On offer are the easy-drinking Dunkel (Touch Down), the beer listed only by its name Coffee Stout, Viburnum (Vertere × Inkhorn), which combines boysenberry and white chocolate, Yamaguchi no Mugi (Yamaguchi Ji Beer), Nepparu (Be Easy Brewing), Take A Hike (Range × Mountain Culture), Yokohama XPA (SanktGallen), and Petite Morale (Dieu Du Ciel!).
SOUL BIRD is known as a place where you can casually enjoy craft beer in the Hamamatsucho and Daimon area. This post also naturally heightened anticipation for the evening by closely announcing the tap changes. In addition to the two new kegs, it offers a chance to compare a wide range of styles, including kegs with only a little left.
