The event runs for three days: Friday, July 10 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, July 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, July 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Admission is free. The venue is about a two-minute walk from Keio Hachioji Station and a five-minute walk from JR Hachioji Station, and there is no parking on site.
Based in Haramachida, Machida City, BUSO Brewery operates a brewery-taproom hybrid and offers its house beer brand, Kawasemi Brew.
