Buso Brewery will participate in Nikuon Machida, a two-day food and music festival taking place at Machida Shibahiro in Tokyo’s Machida City on Saturday, October 24, and Sunday, October 25, 2026.
Admission to the event is free. The festival will feature live performances by 11 artists as well as 20 selected food trucks, bringing together music and meat-centered cuisine in an outdoor setting.
At its booth, Buso Brewery will serve JIYU, its flagship Hazy IPA. The beer is characterized by tropical, juicy hop aromas and a fruity flavor profile. Its expressive hop character is designed to pair well with richly flavored meat dishes, making it a natural match for the festival’s food lineup.
Based in Machida, Buso Brewery focuses on building connections across the Buso area through beer and local food culture.
