Night KIOSK Taps Three Guest Beers from FLORA FERMENTAION
At the beer pub Night KIOSK in Nishinippori, Tokyo, guest beers from the Shiga-based brewery FLORA FERMENTAION have arrived. The lineup lets you enjoy three styles at once: Hazy IPA, Maize Lager, and Czech Style Pale Lager, making it well suited for side-by-side tasting.
The beer pub Night KIOSK, located on the second floor of Nishinippori Scramble, announced that it is serving guest beers from FLORA FERMENTAION. In its post, it introduced the brewery as one based in Higashiomi, Shiga Prefecture, and also mentioned the background of working with its own fields from soil preparation onward.
This time, three beers with distinct personalities are on tap.
- Manticore (Hazy IPA / 6.5%)
Features tropical aromas reminiscent of mango, citrus notes, and a smooth mouthfeel.
- Selu (Maize Lager / 5.0%)
The key points are its gentle corn-derived flavor, malt richness, and crisp finish.
- Golem (Czech Style Pale Lager / 5.0%)
A classic lager that balances rich malt character with a crisp drinking impression.
Because the selection ranges from a hop-forward Hazy IPA to two lagers that emphasize their ingredients, it is easy to choose according to your mood that day. A light lager as the first glass, followed by Manticore to expand the aroma later, is an easy flow to build.
Night KIOSK is a place that works well both for taking your time over a drink while talking at the counter and for enjoying one or two quick glasses. For anyone in the Nishinippori area who wants to check the current state of a regional brewery in a glass, this is a guest tap worth noting.
