Night KIOSK adds four guest beers from Passific Brewing
Night KIOSK, the beer pub in Nishinippori, is pouring four guest beers from Passific Brewing: a summer lager, a plum sour, a session IPA with lemongrass and rice, and a lager brewed with Japanese malt.
Night KIOSK, located on the second floor of Nishinippori Scramble in Tokyo's Arakawa Ward, has added a guest beer lineup from Passific Brewing. The selection spans a light lager, a fruit-driven sour, a fragrant session IPA, and a Japanese-malt lager, making it easy to choose a beer to match the moment or the meal.
The four beers are `Snoozze`, `Umee`, `Sooy`, and `ALL OF THE DAY`. `Snoozze` is a Summer Lager, `Umee` is a Sour Ale with Ume made with Nanko plums and red shiso from Chigasaki, `Sooy` is a Session IPA with Lemongrass and Rice, and `ALL OF THE DAY` is a Lager brewed with 100% Japanese malt.
Among them, `Snoozze` stands out as a beer suited to warmer weather, with a bright aroma that suggests white grape and citrus and a very light, easy-drinking body. `Umee` layers plum acidity with a fruity aroma, which should work well as a food-friendly sour. `Sooy` is built around a street-food idea, with fresh lemongrass character and a dry finish. `ALL OF THE DAY` keeps the citrusy hop impression while staying grounded by the Japanese-malt base, making it an approachable lager for the middle of a session.
As a beer pub, Night KIOSK is well suited to guest taps like these. A side-by-side tasting of the four beers gives a clear look at what Passific Brewing does best: lightness, acidity, herbal notes, and crisp lager character.
