Night KIOSK is a standing beer bar on the second floor near Nishi-Nippori Station, known for carrying a wide selection of around 150 craft beers. It is the kind of place where you can drop in casually and still discover something new.

In its July 9 Instagram post, the bar introduced SANKAKU BEER WORKS, a brewery from Kawanabe in southern Kagoshima. The brewery uses spring water from Shimizu no Yusui, selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Famous Waters, and produces beers with a clear regional identity.

The post featured three beers: `THANK YOU BERRY MUCH`, `ohisaa`, and `SARUGGA`. `THANK YOU BERRY MUCH` is a strawberry sour at 5.0% ABV, with strawberries from Tsukino Farm at the core. `ohisaa` is a satsuma orange pilsner at 4.0%, brewed with citrus and rice from Kawanabe for a light body and gentle bitterness. `SARUGGA` is an apple sour at 4.5%, layering apples, jasmine-based Chinese tea, and a naturally fermented acidity.

For a bar like Night KIOSK, where the tap and bottle lineup is broad, that kind of contrast is part of the appeal. It is a convenient stop in Nishi-Nippori for drinkers who want a casual pint and a guest-beer lineup with personality.
