JAZZ BREWING FUJINO, brewed in Midori Ward, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, will set up a booth over the two days of May 23 and 24 at "Water Source Forest Marche vol. 7," held in the grassy plaza of "Michi-no-Eki Dōshi" in Dōshi Village, Yamanashi Prefecture.

On its official website, the brewery says that, as a small brewery in Fujino, it delivers craft beer alive with yeast, carefully made in small batches. For this event, it plans to serve its springlike, refreshing "Spring Herb Ale" on draft.

According to an Instagram post, this beer uses mugwort and pine needle tea. The brewery says it aimed for a finish with restrained bitterness, a light body that is not too heavy, and a pleasant aftertaste of softly aromatic herbs. It is being introduced as a beer they want not only beer lovers but also people who do not usually drink much to try.

They will also bring bottled "Grape Ale." This craft beer is characterized by a華やかな aroma reminiscent of wine and a fruity, gentle taste, and it seems to pair well with the atmosphere of the forest marche.

JAZZ BREWING FUJINO is a brewery that values unfiltered and unclarified beer, aiming to deliver the beer's natural aroma and flavor just as they are. This time, it looks like a chance to enjoy a glass born in the satoyama of Fujino amid the nature of Dōshi.
