At the brewery PEPOWN in Kyoei, Chigasaki City, a POP UP CHEF by Sun2Diner will be held on Wednesday, April 1, from 12:00 to 23:00. The post introduced it as a regular event held on the first Wednesday of every month, with hours set to make it easy to stop by from lunch through the evening.

The food focuses on an authentic California burger made with a hand-ground 100% beef patty. The menu includes the "Mac'n'Pork Burger," which layers macaroni and cheese and pulled pork on top of the beef patty, and "Jerk Chicken," featuring chicken marinated in Sun2Diner’s original spices and finished over charcoal. In addition to burgers, snacks that pair well with beer are said to be available depending on the season.

The beers listed for pairing are:
- Passific IPA / Passific Brewing
- Lacid / Passific Brewing
- Sierra Nevada Pale Ale / Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.

The lineup combines local labels that suit a Chigasaki brewery with a classic American pale ale, making for a selection designed to complement burgers and charcoal-grilled chicken.

PEPOWN is known as a directly operated shop in the old-house renovation style near the south exit area of Chigasaki Station, and its playful space design is also a signature feature. Centered on craft beer, it seems well suited to pop-up events like this one as a place where guests can relax and enjoy a meal with their drinks. Takeout is also available, so beyond dining in, there is also the option of enjoying it to go.
