It has been operating as a place where visitors can enjoy house-brewed craft beer in the Sumiyoshi area, and this anniversary festival marks a milestone in looking back on its journey so far.
The Anniversary Beer Is "KAMEYAMA"
This year's anniversary beer is "KAMEYAMA / Dual Yeast IPA". Based on an idea from Mr. Kameyama, who won last year's raffle prize, "We'll Make Your Beer," this beer takes on the challenge of a relay-style pitching process using sake yeast and beer yeast. The announcement says it has a firm bitterness, while the finish is delicate and richly flavored.
Food, Live Music, and a Raffle Too
The food lineup once again includes the special beef tendon stew that was popular last year. During the event, a DJ set is scheduled for around 2:00 p.m. on April 29, and an acoustic live performance by sister shop Music&Bar Yomoyama on May 5 is also planned.
In addition, there will be a prize draw that each visitor can spin once. Prizes include an Ebire T-shirt, an Ebire glass, one bottle of your choice, an Ebire bottle opener, and one Ebire sticker of your choice.
