The food menu centers on a BBQ plate plus a main buffet, with items such as fries, fried chicken, assorted sausages, seafood marinade, paella, okonomiyaki, curry, cold mala-tang, and tacos. Signature dishes from the hotel’s chefs are also included, giving the event a strong dining focus.

The drink lineup spans 100 options in total, led by the hotel’s original craft beer brand, Shiroyama Brewery, alongside draft beer, shochu, highballs, sours, and soft drinks. Shiroyama Brewery is known for crafting beers that highlight Kagoshima ingredients, including a Belgian white made with Sakurajima komikan citrus peel, a stout using Amami brown sugar, and a herb ale brewed with lemongrass from Kushikino.

The event runs from April 17, 2026, to September 30, 2026. It takes place in a special venue inside the hotel, with the room changing by date among Amethyst, Crystal, Pearl, Emerald Lobby, Rainbow, and Ruby. Hours are 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with last orders at 8:30 p.m. and final entry at 7:00 p.m. Pricing is JPY 5,500 for adults, JPY 4,500 for junior and senior high school students, and JPY 2,500 for elementary school children; preschoolers are free. Reservations are accepted for groups of two or more, and walk-ins are allowed, though groups of 20 or more must book at least three days in advance.
