Beer&Cafe Hafen, a small craft beer pub in Esaka, Suita, Osaka, has announced new tap information featuring beers suited to the October season.

The highlight is Ise Kadoya Beer’s Oktoberfest Lager. The beer is described as having a gently sweet malt aroma reminiscent of freshly baked bread, biscuits, and honey. Vienna and Munich malts add a lightly toasted grain character, while the body remains relatively easy-drinking. Low hop bitterness keeps the malt sweetness in balance, making it a suitable choice for a relaxed first pint or a session shared with friends.

Also available is Shiroyama Brewery’s limited “Sakurajima Komikan Ale.” Based on a Kölsch, it uses small Sakurajima mandarins, an ingredient also associated with the brewery’s Belgian White. The beer offers a soft citrus character from the fruit juice and a clean finish.

The current taps also include Daisen G Beer’s “Weihenhop.” For a future rotation, Hafen has listed NUDE BEER’s “MISORA” and “URARAKAZE” from Kyoto.

Located on Esaka Garden Heights in Esaka, Beer&Cafe Hafen offers a compact setting for exploring carefully selected craft beers. Reservations are required for groups of three or more, except for drink-only visits. Since opening schedules and taps may change, guests should check the pub’s social media before visiting.
