Event Overview

Hakodate Yunokawa Brewery has announced CRAFT BEER MEETING Vol.11, an in-house event to be held at Endeavour Hakodate Yunokawa, located at 1-26-24 Yunokawacho, Hakodate. The event will run in both the indoor area and the outdoor space. Hours are Saturday, August 8, from 16:00 to 21:30, and Sunday, August 9, from 11:00 to 19:30. Both days will be event-only service, with regular in-house dining closed.

Guest Brewery and Food

This edition will feature Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery as a guest. The brewery is known for making beer with birch sap, and the post says the team is looking forward to what beers it will bring this time. Food will be handled by HAPPY AS LARRY from Suginami-cho, with a menu built around local ingredients and pairings with the beers on tap.

What to Watch For

The main highlight is a collaboration beer from Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery and Hakodate Yunokawa Brewery. According to the post, it is currently being carefully aged and is planned to be served from the event date. Tastings and soft drinks will also be available, making the event accessible to a wider audience beyond beer drinkers alone.

About Hakodate Yunokawa Brewery

Hakodate Yunokawa Brewery is a brewpub in Hakodate, Hokkaido, near the Yunokawa streetcar stop. Its beers are made with 100% natural water from Otobe Town in Hokkaido, and the venue pairs local beer with food rooted in the region. This event fits that approach well: a local brewery, a guest brewery, a food partner, and a weekend built around tasting and conversation.
