Tokyo's Shiina-machi brewpub Namacha'n Stand Shiina-machi branch is joining a night cherry blossom project at Jiyugakuen Myonichikan, an Important Cultural Property in Toshima Ward. In its post, it describes the event not as a "beer event" but as a night to slowly enjoy the building and the cherry blossoms.

At the venue, the collaboration beer "Sakura Smoke Lager" from the shop and Jiyugakuen will be opened on draft. According to the story, the malt is smoked with cherry tree wood from a cherry tree over 70 years old at Jiyugakuen, making it an impressive pint whose background is as memorable as the flavor. Because the pre-sale cans were well received, the chance to drink it on draft is described as a "rare offering" with limited availability.

The event details are as follows.

- Dates: Friday, March 27 and Sunday, March 29
- Time: 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last admission and last order at 8:30 p.m.)
- Venue: Jiyugakuen Myonichikan (entire facility)
- Admission: 500 yen
- Service: Beer and snacks are cash-on at the venue shop

In addition, the auditorium will host a night cherry blossom live performance by yangqin player Zhang Lin, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. (about 30 minutes each). It is a program that lets visitors enjoy cherry blossoms, architecture, and music all at once, not just drinks.

The key point here is being able to taste Namacha'n Stand's beer in a location different from the usual taproom experience. It is a two-day chance to feel the Shiina-machi branch's identity as a "brewpub rooted in the neighborhood" within a local cultural event.
