Nomimonoya in Takamatsu Adds Four FLORA FERMENTATION Beers
Nomimonoya, a beer pub in Takamatsu, Kagawa, has announced a new FLORA FERMENTATION lineup. The selection spans four distinct beers, from the citrusy Session IPA Loki to a lager, a sake-yeast beer, and a spruce-tip saison.
Nomimonoya in Busshozan, Takamatsu has shared a new arrival update featuring FLORA FERMENTATION. The lineup focuses on four beers with clearly different profiles, making it an easy stop for guests who want to compare styles side by side.
- `Loki` is a Session IPA with tangerine and passion fruit character, plus a light, easygoing finish. It uses Citra, Mosaic, Idaho7, El Dorado, Chinook, and Cascade from Kamifurano.
- `FLORA LAGER` is a Premium Lager built around malt depth, lifted by Comet and Green Bullet for a bright hop note.
- `Mizuha` is a sake-yeast beer. The post highlights a collaboration using well water and koji from Yasui Shuzojo in Koka, Shiga, with a soft ginjo-like aroma and a dry, clean palate.
- `Korpokkur` is a Saison w/ Spruce Tips made with NOMCRAFT Brewing. Fresh spruce tips from Hokkaido bring a forest-like freshness and a subtle fruity layer.
Nomimonoya works as a beer pub where drinkers can enjoy the beer on site and look for bottles to take away as well. This release is especially appealing because it moves from hop-forward freshness to clean lager character, then into sake yeast and spruce-driven saison territory. For beer fans in Takamatsu, it is the kind of guest lineup worth checking closely.
