Spotlight Tap of the Day
Sansho W-IPA (Minoh Beer / Osaka)
The post describes this beer as an evolved take on Minoh Beer’s special W-IPA, with sansho blossoms used as a new experiment. Built on the W-IPA’s substantial mouthfeel, it layers in a bright, spicy aroma and a subtle citrus nuance, making it appealing to anyone who wants a bold hop character.
The Shop Style
KARAKURI is a beer pub centered on craft beer, sake, and natural wine, paired with original dishes focused on oden. Its calm basement space makes it easy to slowly enjoy food and drinks together. With an attached bottle shop, it offers takeout of bottles and cans, plus draft beer, sake, and wine by the measure. You can also take drinks home in growlers or other brought-in containers.
In the Kanda area, it is the kind of place worth stopping by on days when you want to choose your first drink around a guest beer, complete with food pairings.
