15brewery is a brewery in Horiuchi, Hayama, Kanagawa, and it is currently operating as takeout-only. Standing service is closed, and beer is sold by weight into airtight bottles. Carbonated PET bottles and screw-cap glass bottles are accepted as well, while packaged beer bottles are out of stock.

For June 5, the brewery first announced that "Wheat Land" and "Raw Hazy IPA" were on tap, both using baguettes from Miura Pan-ya Mitsumugi as part of the ingredients. The day’s tap list then added "沼の底", "スタウト", "橙エール", "Dtanba Ale", and "Raw Hazy IPA" across Belgian-style, dark beer, fruit beer, and IPA categories.

"沼の底" is the most layered of the list: it uses plenty of wheat malt, plus orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie, and honey from Hachi-goya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The result is described as having a modest sweetness and acidity with a complex, spicy profile.

"スタウト" is presented as a deep, black beer with a rich body. "橙エール" leans into the vivid aroma and acidity of orange. "Dtanba Ale" uses Hayama royal fruit and summer mandarin for a lighter, refreshing finish. "Raw Hazy IPA" is brewed with a Raw Ale process that does not boil the wort, bringing citrus and pine-like hop notes together with a moderate bitterness.

This is a local brewery sale built for picking up beer to go rather than lingering over a pint in-house. For beer drinkers who want to compare styles at home, or match fresh tap beer with a meal, the lineup makes the brewery’s ingredient-driven approach easy to read.
