TBE Brewing in Ebisu posts July 16 tap lineup with beers from Japan and beyond
TBE Brewing in Ebisu shared its July 16 keg lineup. The 10-tap beer pub is pouring a broad mix of domestic craft beer from HOPDOG, Shiga Kogen, Eagle Brewery, Cordone, and Romanchiku-mura, with several upcoming taps already listed.
TBE Brewing, a beer pub in Ebisu, Tokyo, runs a 10-tap lineup of domestic and imported draft craft beer. Its brewery-themed interior and owner-run setup give the place a straightforward, neighborhood feel. In its July 16 post, the bar laid out both the current kegs and the next beers scheduled to come on.
The active lineup leans heavily on Japanese craft beer. From Akita, HOPDOG is pouring Hard Cider and Pineapple IPA. Shiga Kogen Beer appears in multiple slots with KASUMI, Shinshu Heion, Sono Juu No.10 IPA, and House IPA, making it easy to compare different expressions from the same brewery. Also on tap are Eagle Brewery’s Eagle IPA and White Harmony from Hyogo, Cordone’s Shift Lines from Niigata, and Romanchiku-mura’s Shukuhai IPA from Tochigi. Several of these kegs are marked as running low.
The next taps keep the range broad: Tochigi Berry Berry Sour from Romanchiku-mura, Nichinan Lemon Fresh-Squeezed Session Hazy IPA from Miyazaki Hideji Beer, Mundaka from CRAK Brewery in Veneto, Transit from Kunitachi Brewery in Tokyo, and Pint Grab from Y Market Brewing in Aichi.
For beer drinkers, this is the kind of tap list that makes a stop in Ebisu easy to justify. There is cider, sour beer, session hazy IPA, and a strong IPA lineup, with enough variety to build a flight or simply follow your mood one pour at a time.
