15brewery (Fifteen Brewery) in Hayama is currently operating as a takeaway-only brewery, with standing service suspended. For July 4, the tap list runs from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and customers can fill sealed bottles, PET bottles, or screw-cap glass bottles to the top. Bottle-conditioned beer is out of stock.

Five beers were listed for the day, each with a clear style and profile. Numa no Soko is a Belgian-style beer brewed with a high proportion of wheat malt, orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The result is lightly sweet and tart, with layered spice and aroma.

The dark-beer slot is Stout, described as deep in character and pitch-black in appearance. Raw Red Ale uses a Raw Ale method that does not boil the wort, aiming to preserve a heavier, richer malt flavor and aroma. Dotanba Ale (Summer Orange Ale) uses local Hayama summer oranges from Royal Fruit and offers a bright, refreshing finish. The post also notes that part of the ingredients includes baguette from Miura Pan-ya Mitsumugi.

The IPA is Raw Hazy IPA, another Raw Ale beer with citrus- and pine-like hop aromas and a modest bitterness. It also uses Mitsumugi baguette. The lineup reflects a brewery that leans into local ingredients and a distinctive brewing approach, making it a strong takeaway-only stop for beer fans in Hayama.
