Nomcraft and Open Air Brewing Debut on Mukuraf's Taps, IPA-Rich Tap Guide
The beer pub Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, has updated its tap list. New on tap are Nomcraft's "7thRevolution SourIPA" and Open Air Brewing's "breakthrough" Hazy IPA. With a lineup centered on IPAs and plenty of seating, it's a place where you can relax and take your time.
The beer pub Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, used this post to share the day's tap lineup. Two beers were newly tapped: Nomcraft's "7thRevolution SourIPA" and Open Air Brewing's "breakthrough" Hazy IPA. The former is a Citrus Sour IPA made with Kiyomi orange and Kawachi bankan from Arita, while the latter is introduced as having aromas reminiscent of pineapple, pear, peach, and grapefruit.
Other taps include Uchu Brewing's "KONBINI IPA," GROUND TAP BREWING's "TSURUGI," "TSUTSUJI," "TARUMONJI," and "BAKENEKO," West Coast Brewing's "FullHopAlchemist r8," "PassionWizard," "Hop Fua," "Starwatcher," "No Ketchup," and "Triple Cone," and Collective Arts' "BetweenThePalms," "RubyStriker," "GrapeCalamansiSour," "SummitPeak," "LifeInTheClouds," "GoodMonster," and "RansackTheUniverse," giving the tap list a broad range with a strong IPA focus. In addition, Karuizawa Q's "道すがら" Irish Red, Nomcraft's "7thRevolution WCIPA," Y.MARKET BREWING's "BEER-TEX#1.3 Rainy Jacket," and FLORA FERMENTATION's "Palis" Hazy IPA can also be found.
Mukuraf is an easy-to-use beer pub with a calm atmosphere and plenty of seats.
