The 15brewery (Fifteen Brewery) in Horiuchi, Hayama Town, Kanagawa, announced its May 14 tap list on Instagram. It is currently not offering standing service and is only selling beer by weight. Customers bring a sealable bottle to have it filled to the top, and carbonated PET bottles and screw-cap glass bottles can also be used.

The lineup for the day includes five beers. The Belgian-style beer "Numa no Soko" uses plenty of wheat malt and blends orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, cloves, lime from Owase City in Mie Prefecture, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka City, creating a finish where sweetness, acidity, and spice layer together. "Stout" is a dark beer with deep richness, while "Orange Ale" is introduced as a fruit beer characterized by the bold aroma and tartness derived from orange.

Also appearing are "Wheat Land", a wheat-heavy beer, and "Raw Hazy IPA", an IPA. Both labels note that they use baguettes from Miura Bakery Mitsumugi as part of the ingredients, highlighting the connection between local ingredients and craft beer. Wheat Land is described as easy to drink, while Raw Hazy IPA is said to have citrus and pine-leaf aromas and bitterness from the Raw Ale process.

True to 15brewery's homebrewing roots in Hayama, this tap list again focuses on substance over flash. Because customers can buy beer to go by weight at the shop, it looks like the kind of day that makes tasting side by side part of the fun.
