Opening on May 13

Craft Beer Spot Hathor is a beer pub in Kyobashi, Osaka. Known for its 16 taps and house-smoked dishes, the bar announced in this day's post that Minoh Beer's "Papa Zaru Lager" had been newly tapped.

"Papa Zaru Lager" features a biscuit-like toasted malt flavor, a subtle sweetness from the grain, and layered noble hop nuances. With an ABV of 5.0% and an IBU of 28, it is introduced as a calm, easy-drinking lager.

The in-house taps also cover a wide range of beer styles. On the lager side, there are Yebisu, Trillium's Pilsner, and Isekadoya Beer’s Memory Bouquet. In the ale lineup, Iwate Kura Beer’s Red Ale Real Ale ver. is available. Including fruit beers, IPAs, and more distinctive options, the selection also includes Minamichita Blood Orange IPA, Raspberry Pink, Sono Sen, Electro Squash Sour IPA, Sansho W-IPA, Disco Ninja IPA, and Enmusubi Beer Stout Real Ale ver., making for a lineup that is easy to choose from, whether you want something light or something more substantial.

Today's recommendations also include Trillium's Pilsner and Revision's Disco Ninja IPA. It looks like a day that makes it easy to start with a lager and move on to a hop-forward IPA, especially if you're pairing it with smoked snacks.
