Hop BroThat’s right, on the Shigaraki golf course called Rose Golf Club. The manager, Masahiro Yamana, started brewing beer as part of his "try anything" spirit while working to turn the business around.
MugiWhat is that? Isn’t that going a little too far?
Hop BroAnd here’s the thing: Yamana himself doesn’t drink at all. He can’t handle alcohol whatsoever. When he went to apply for a liquor brewing license, they apparently laughed and said it was the first time they’d seen someone who couldn’t drink come in.

Hop BroThe actual brewing is handled by the restaurant’s chefs. There are three chefs in Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, and they’re also growing vegetables through hydroponics while brewing beer, so they’re pretty multi-talented people.

Hop BroThe brewery has glass walls so you can see it from outside, so the whole brewing process is on display. They always have 2 to 4 kinds on draft, and the lineup changes depending on the season.

Hop BroThere’s a glamping facility called THE ROSE VILLAGE, and there you can also drink brewery-direct beer from the Talos server. It’s a luxurious experience: night golf in the mountains of Shigaraki, a sauna, and freshly brewed beer.
MugiWow! Even if I didn’t golf, I’d want to go just for the glamping and the beer! Thinking about how the manager, who can’t drink, started this because he wanted to make the beer succeed no matter what somehow really gets to me.
