Hokuto Brewing

Hokuto Brewing is a brewery in Yato, Oizumi-cho, Hokuto City. It is operated by a company called NSD One Piece.

Honestly, it's a new brewery with very little information available yet. But the location in Yato, Oizumi-cho is the key point - it's in the southern foothills of the Yatsugatake area.

Exactly! Hokuto City is now becoming a fierce battleground for craft beer. Uchu Brewing won gold at the World Beer Cup, and Touchdown from Yatsugatake Brewery is a regular top-prize winner at international judging competitions. For a new brewery to enter that scene, it must take real resolve.

Oizumi Town is also known for its high elevation and clean water. Since the quality of brewing water is vital to beer making, it's an ideal location in that respect.

They haven't announced any specific beers yet, but since beer making with locally grown hops is active in Hokuto City, they may follow that trend. There are local hop farmers too, like Kobayashi Hop Farm.
